Methodology

How ReviewBundle actually works

We're not going to hand you our entire playbook — matching logic and QA scoring are how we keep quality consistent, and that's the part we keep to ourselves. But here's exactly what happens between your brief and your report.

01

You submit a brief

Category, package size, and what you actually want to learn — a specific flow, a build, a set of videos or posts, whatever applies.

02

We match testers

We pull from our vetted pool based on device, platform, and audience fit for your category. We don't publish our exact matching criteria, but we do screen for reliability and past report quality before anyone is invited to a job.

03

Testers complete structured tasks

Every tester works from the same category-specific framework, so a report from tester #1 and tester #12 are actually comparable.

04

We review before you see anything

Submissions are checked for completeness and specificity. Vague or low-effort reports get sent back for revision or replaced — they never reach you as-is.

05

You get individual + aggregated reports

Every tester's report, plus a summary that rolls up the patterns that showed up more than once.

06

Optional follow-up

Growth and Scale packages include a follow-up round if you want testers to clarify or dig into something specific.

Where we draw the line

What we will never do

We will always

  • Use real, individually vetted human testers — never bots or automated scripts
  • Keep every report private and deliver it only to you
  • Have testers act and speak as themselves, honestly
  • Replace a low-quality report at no charge

We will never

  • Post public reviews, ratings, comments, likes, or follows on your behalf
  • Ask a tester to claim they used something they didn't
  • Use bots, click farms, or automated engagement of any kind
  • Sell "review count" as a product — we sell structured feedback
