Terms of Service

1. What ReviewBundle is

ReviewBundle connects clients with independent, vetted human testers who provide private, structured feedback and testing reports on apps, games, YouTube channels, Instagram pages, and Facebook pages. ReviewBundle is a feedback and testing service — it is not a review-posting, review-manipulation, or engagement-boosting service, and it must never be used as one.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a client request, apply as a tester, or otherwise use this site to transact with us.

3. For clients

• You will receive private written feedback reports from testers, plus an aggregated summary. Reports are delivered only to you and are never posted publicly on your behalf.
• Package pricing, tester counts, and turnaround times are as described on our Pricing and Services pages at the time you place a request, and are confirmed in your project quote.
• You agree not to use ReviewBundle to request that testers post public reviews, ratings, comments, likes, follows, or any other public engagement, or to claim public use or ownership of a product they haven't genuinely tried. Any such request will be declined.
• If a delivered report does not meet our completeness and specificity standard, we will replace it at no additional charge if you notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Payment terms will be confirmed at checkout once online payment is enabled; until then, invoicing is arranged directly by email.

4. For testers

• Testers are independent contractors, not employees of ReviewBundle. You choose which tasks to accept, and are paid per completed and approved task at a rate shown before you accept the job.
• You agree to provide honest, specific, first-person feedback based on your own genuine use of the app, game, channel, or page assigned to you.
• You will never be asked to, and must never, post a public review, rating, comment, like, or follow as part of a ReviewBundle task, or claim to have used a product you have not genuinely used. If any request through our platform asks you to do this, decline it and report it to us immediately at testers@reviewbundle.site.
• Low-effort, vague, dishonest, or plagiarized reports will be rejected and may result in removal from our tester pool. Repeat or serious violations (including any attempt to post public engagement or fabricate usage) will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of payment for the task in question.
• You are responsible for any taxes owed on payments you receive as an independent contractor.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with our service; misrepresent your identity or age; attempt to circumvent our vetting or quality processes; or use ReviewBundle for any unlawful purpose, including public review manipulation on any third-party platform.

6. Intellectual property

Feedback reports prepared for a client under a completed, paid engagement belong to that client upon delivery. Our website content, brand, and methodology materials remain the property of ReviewBundle.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ReviewBundle makes reasonable efforts to vet testers and review reports for quality, but we do not guarantee that feedback will identify every issue with your product, or that it reflects the views of your entire user base — it reflects the individually vetted testers who completed your project. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviewBundle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific package giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to the service or these terms

We're an early-stage service and may update our packages, pricing, or these Terms as we grow — including when we introduce account-based login and online payments. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do, and material changes affecting active projects will be communicated to affected clients or testers directly.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end access to our service for anyone who violates these terms, in particular the prohibition on public review manipulation, bot use, or dishonest reporting.
